Alba Viticultores try to use common sense: they assess the vineyard site, the viticulture, the terroir. Everything is done manually, without intervention. They make still and sparkling wines (Ancestral and champenoise). Not filtered or clarified. Disgorging by hand. The vineyard (old vines) are planted on albariza soils. Their winery are located in the ‘Barrio Alto’ in Sanlucar de Barrameda (DO Sherry), a popular neighborhood and winemaking tradition. It is a very small Bodega of a palatial house with wooden ceilings and walls of earth and stone.
