100% Grenache. Grapes are hand-harvested from a plot of 50-year-old vines grown organically on basalt soils. Fermentation begins with native yeast by cold-stabilized semi-carbonic maceration for 3 weeks. Unfined/unfiltered. No added sulphur. The perfect light summer red. Drink it fresh in the sun and with friends.
