Terroir:Sand and gravel topsoils, clay subsoil
Vinification:100% de-stemmed, from 10 days to 4 weeks of maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation in concrete tank. 12 months aging in oak barrel (2-3 years old), unfiltered.

The vineyard is located in Montreuil-Bellay. The maximum yield is 30 hl per hectare and the vineyard is planted with a density of 5,500 vines per hectare.
Average production is 275 cases per year.
