- Jordy Kay, Otway Ranges Sauvignon Blanc (2017)
As spicy and zesty nose, particularly if you swirl in the glass, leads to tart kiwi notes anchored by gentle acidity and some tantalizing peppery allure. Like many sauvignon blancs, you find that mouth coating mineral structure into the mid palette. On the finish, an array of soft tropical fruits emerge: a dash of pineapple, a hint of guava, that leave you wanting oh so much more. Best to drink day of rather than leaving in the fridge for too long.
