The Soléra method of Champagne making blends of all seven grape varietals. We get lovely curry and cumin aromatics coupled with oxidative truffle notes. A touch of bitterness proceeds some juicy dark berries before it displays a touch of nuttiness and refreshing citrus zest into a long finish. This is definitely dense but still so well balanced.
