A very interesting Orange Wine made up of several varietals: Sauvignon Blanc, Macabeo, Palomino, Chardonnay, Viognier, Albariño, Torrontés, Moscatel de Alejandría and Jerezana. Vinification: all separated harvested, destemed and direct to the press. All grapes except Moscatel have macerated during 1 week with the skins. Part of the must has been fermented and aged in tank and all the rest has been fermented in tank and aged in french oak barrels (225 litres) for 1 year. Interesting flavors of sherry, oak, nuts, earth, wet leaves, sun-drenched oranges, and a hint of citrus.
