Pauline Broqua worked as a sommelier in Toulouse before moving to the countryside and pursuing the labor of her land and viniculture. She participated in Domaine Yoyo’s production and studied under Nicolas Carmarans before settling onto domaine des Buis. In 2018 she purchased the land from a retiring winemaker who was working the vines and soils conventionally. Pauline has converted the domain using biodynamic methods, by working manually and by using the plow instead of chemicals.
