Named after the Sky God “for its light, ethereal qualities,” unfiltered, Ouranus has a hazy plum hue, but lovely clarity and lift. Whole bunch ferment (25%) imparts clove, anise and orange peel notes to its sweet, soft plum and frangipane palate. Lingering, with a lick of tannin, gently sluicing acidity and a grounding touch of earth.
