Varietal Notes: 68% Touriga Nacional, 16% Gamay, 11% Cabernet Franc, 5% Grenache
Vineyard: The rosé is a blend of grapes from several different vineyard sites including Luchsinger, Barsotti, Witters, and Watson
Vinification: Light foot treading of fruit before being transferred to bladder press (30 minutes of pre-press skin-contact). Fermented with native yeast for primary and secondary fermentation, no blocking of malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel.
