Hand-picked from Malakoff Vineyard in the Pyrenees region in Central Victoria and wild fermented. A year on skins followed by 2 yrs in barrel on gross lees (all Barrique but no new, only old). Then bottled without filtration (and needless to say without fining). Minimal sulfur added at bottling. Light to medium bodied, gently framed, delicate yet generous. Purity in mind from grape to glass, as reflected in the final result.
