Description
Champagne Contrées is a project of three vigneron friends in Les Riceys: Elise Dechannes, Olivier Horiot, and Arnaud Lamoureux. All four wines, from four different plots, are 100% Pinot Noir (Blanc de Noir), harvested at the same maturity, naturally vinified in the same way for one year in barrels, and bottled as Brut Nature without fining or filtration. They were even disgorged jointly. Bottling took place on August 6, 2012 and all wines were disgorged on February 5, 2018 after over five years sur lattes.
