The family winery of Mikheil Chonishvili, located in city Telavi, Kakheti. The family has a long tradition of producing natural wines is based on Kakhetian traditional technology: producing wine in the Qvevri. Their vineyard is farmed on biodynamic and organic principles, and all work is done by Chonishvili family members. Mikheil is only 36 years old and brings a new vision to the family's generations-old traditions. Mikheil is fiercely devoted to natural and ancient wine techniques and his wines have only 35 ppm sulfites while staying elegant.
