From a very small estate in Cairanne, S. Rhone, Ingrid and Jean-Philippe Bouchet farm bring us a delicious medium bodied white. This wine is a supple, honeyed color white made with 60% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette Blanche, and 20% Bourbonlenc. Grapes ferment spontaneously then go into large oak casks and then eggs. Elevage is around 12 months and the wine goes through malolactic fermentation. Unfined, lightly filtered, low SO2 added at bottling.

The wine smells of herbs de provence, on the palette nutty with notes honey and a touch of spearmint.
