From organic and biodynamic farming, Manel Avinyó our resident "Bubble Man" is now making delicious red/white/rose in Liter format. "Kikiriki" (the sound that a rooster makes) is the red wine made from 50% Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) and Cariñena (50%). All de-stemmed, maceration with the skins and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in a stainless steel tank. 8 months in stainless tanks before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero SO2. Low abv, juicy, slightly natch, and a dream with a slight chill.
