Description
Guillaume et Baptiste Frey are twin brothers with a business background fell in love with winemaking during the pandemic under the tutelage of Vincent Carême. They purchased 12 hectares in Vernou-Sur-Brenne amongst a few neighboring natural wine makers and have produced a wonderfully successful first and second vintage of AOC Vouvray.
VARIETY: Chenin Blanc
TERROIR: Assemblage of the different terroirs identified on the domain. (Tuffeau / Red Clay / Flint Clay). Vines are 30 years old on average. Picked early for acidity.
VINIFICATION: Traditional method, no dosage, aged 16 months on lees
