field blend of red grapes
Vineyard: Loess, clay. Farmed organically by Jaroslav himself.
Vinification method: The grapes are hand-picked and destemmed. Foot stomped together and fermented in old oak barrels for two weeks. Aged in old oak barrels (225 / 400 L), until the next harvest. Zero sulfur added, unfined and unfiltered.
Personality: juicy and glouglou red with nice spicy & fresh finish, best served slightly chilled.
