Catherine and Dominque retired from winemaking a few years back, but have passed on the Domaine to skilled winemakers in the area. Although "retired" Dominique still plays an active role in the winemaking process, mentoring the winemakers that have taken over.
Les Petits Noizons Pommard is composed of a combination of young and old vine Pinot Noir planted on a limestone rock covered site with a light red topsoil. The exhibition is south facing in the village of Pommard. The wine possesses finesse and a darker than usual red color for this appellation. Yield 38 hl / ha.
