Patrick Bouju started Domaine La Bohème in 1998 in the village of Glaine-Montaigut in the Auvergne region. He has several small plots of vines around his village, with some vines aging 120 years. Patrick does everything himself - from working the vineyards by horse to bottling, labeling, and bookkeeping.
