45% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Pinot Blanc, 15% Zweigelt
Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc are skin-fermented for 3 weeks and then blended with the direct-press Zweigelt. After 8 months of aging in wooden barrels, the wines are bottled with yeast and organic sugar and the secondary fermentation happens in bottle. No sulfur added.
Floral, fine-bubbling dry sparkler with funky earthiness.
