Grapes: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet sauvignon, Kadarka, Kékfrankos, Pinot Noir, Syrah
Winemaking: Harvest in full ripeness into plastic bins, afterwards light crush, considerate processing. A long term, 23 days of maceration in 55 hl wooden vats. Pumpover twice a day. Natural yeast. Aged in 220l and 500l Hungarian oak barrels for 11 months. (20% new oak). Unfined and unfiltered.
Description: The wine has a fruity and ruby colour. It is trendy, youthful and vigorous. It has an intense fruit flavour with strong spiciness. In the mouth, there is the feeling of warmness, soft textures and bit of bitterness. Young – however – it has a full tannin structure, creamy and soft aftertaste.
