Exceptional value for a minimal intervention Cru Beaujolais. Coming from "ageless vines" that are located on magmatic, diorite rock. South-Western Slope of Mont Brouilly on a 45% incline. Whole cluster, native yeast fermentation. Maceration in cement vat and then matures for a least 1 year in neutral Burgundy barrels. Bottled following the lunar calander.
