The Roadrunner! Very old vines of Verdejo, grown organically in Segovia on slate and loam soils. Ismael hand harvests, using whole clusters at low temperatures and as always, in a vertical press to increase the amount of oxogen into the wine naturally. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks with lees for at least 5 months (no bâtonnage, because he prefers to keep the natural CO2 in the wine to protect it) before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero SO2. Hazy golden hue with tons of juicy aromatics and lovable tropical fruit.
