Clay soils. Vines 23 years old. Hand-harvested from the south-facing slopes of the Křižák vineyard. Fermented spontaneously with 3 weeks of remontage in open vats, then aged in 225l oak barrels for 11 months. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
On the label: Mary Wigman (1886–1973) – a German dancer and pioneer of expressionist dance, celebrated for her declaration, "We don't dance history, we dance feelings."
