Varietal - Pinot Noir
Region - Finger Lakes, New York
Tasting Notes - Intense aromas of cherries, red plums and strawberries. Fresh and fruit forward, immensely expressive. A vibrant palate with well integrated acids, whispers of tannin. The wine is easy drinking, amazing with a chill and showcases the talent of Nathan Kendall and the quality of these NY grapes.
Notes From Producer - Nathan K.
The fruit for this blend is sourced from Seneca Lake vineyards. The soils from the sites range from silt loam to shale stone. Partial whole cluster fermentation helps this wine maintain a more fruit forward profile, as well as delicacy and freshness. Aged for one year in neutral French oak barrels.
