Peggy & Jean-Pascal Buronfosse moved to La Combe de Rotalier (village of J.F Gavenat) in 1999 after they had grown tired of life in the city. They wanted to live in a countryside setting where they could grow their own vegetables and raise chickens, rabbits, and pigs. Originally, their dream was to have a farm but gradually viticulture piqued their curiosity. After acquiring several small vineyard parcels they began working by trial and error, as well as with some guidance from Monsieur Ganevat. Today they have certainly found their own way.
