Harvest takes \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eplace quite late, around mid October, when perfectly ripe grapes can produce \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003ea wine with fruity and balsamic notes, fully blended with distinctive herbal hints.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eHalf of the grapes undergoes fermentation in steel tanks, the other half in a \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e25-hectolitre oak vat.
