Varieties: blend of red grapes, based on St. Laurent
Vineyard: Loess, clay. Farmed organically by Jaroslav himself.
Vinification method: The grapes are hand-picked and pressed directly. Fermented spontaneously and then aged in old oak barrels (225 / 400 L), until the next harvest. Zero sulfur added, unfined and unfiltered.
Personality: succulent! Friendly, easy-going rosé full of juicy red, blue and black berries, with refreshingly zippy finish that invites you for yet another sip.
