Certified Organic. 100% Pinot Noir. Outside of France, Vincent Dancer is known almost exclusively for his whites. The reds rarely leave French, and are made in tiny quantities (his red terroirs total just 1.8 hectares). From vines planted in 1996 in clay-limestone soils. 100% destemmed. Native yeast fermentation with no additions, and aging in oak barrels for 18 months. Bottled with no fining or filtration.
