Grolleau + Pinot Noir from organic vines in Anjou on black schistous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed to stainless steel for spontaneous fermentation and aging for 6 months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 10.5% ABV
