Do you offer delivery?
- We are now delivering via Doordash and Uber Eats ORDER DELIVERY
- If you have a disability please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make special arrangements, but expect a longer turnaround time on these orders.
Do you ship?
- We ship wine to all states, EXCEPT: AR, KY, MI, MS, SD & UT
- By law, we cannot ship spirits out of NY State.
- By law, an adult signature is required upon delivery.
- WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
- We use a 3rd party to ship to most states, please expect a longer turnaround especially if you’re located in TX.
- We do not refund any orders damaged due to weather related incidents. During summer and winter months, it is up to you to make arrangements with us to hold or ship at your own risk.
- We will gladly hold an order during summer and winter months until it is safe to ship.
- BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR SHIPPING YOU ARE AUTHORIZING US TO ENGAGE A CARRIER ON YOUR BEHALF. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABIDING TO LOCAL LAWS.
Do you offer discounts?
- We offer discounts of 10% off 6 or more bottles and 15% off 12 or more bottles. Use code : PICKUP10 and PICKUP15 for online orders.
- Discounts valid on wine only, no spirits.
- Discounts valid in-store and online pickup only, no delivery or shipping.
What is your return policy?
- By law, we are only permitted to accept the return of goods that are defective. We can offer a replacement bottle of the same wine, or issue a refund within 30 days of purchase.
