-We have a small delivery radius that we can generally deliver same day (if order is placed before 1-2pm). We add a $15 charge for orders under $150 and free over $150 on select Brooklyn zip codes.
- We have a $25 non local delivery option. This is basically for all orders that are in NYC, but not within 2 miles. We're located at 69 Central Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11206
- Many of our deliveries go out via Postmates, you must be able to meet the delivery person curbside with valid ID PRIOR to their arrival. Failure to do so can cause order cancellations, delayed refunds and a non refund of any delivery fees if a delivery attempt has been made.
- You should be waiting for the delivery person, not the other way around.

- WE CAN SHIP ALL PRODUCTS WITHIN NY STATE.
- WE CAN SHIP WINE TO ALL STATES, EXCEPT: AR, KY, MI, MS, SD & UT !!
- WE CAN'T SHIP SPIRITS OUT OF STATE.
- MOST OUT OF STATE SHIPMENTS GO THROUGH A 3RD PARTY, WHICH MAY INCREASE THE DELIVERY TIME BY 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
- WE DO NOT REFUND ANY ORDERS FOR WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE, IT IS UP TO YOU AS A BUYER TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT IT IS SAFE ENOUGH TO SHIP IN HOT/COLD WEATHER.
- WE CAN HOLD SHIPMENTS GENERALLY FREE OF CHARGE UNTIL IT'S SAFE TO SHIP.
- BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR SHIPMENT YOU ARE AUTHORIZING US TO ENGAGE A CARRIER ON YOUR BEHALF. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABIDING TO LOCAL LAWS.
- We apologize if we can't ship to you and this is most likely why you were forced into choosing pick up at check out. Please write to us and we can refund your order.
- We have discounts for pickup orders. Use PICKUP10 (10% off 6+ bottles) or PICKUP15 (15% off 12+ bottles). You must enter the codes to get the discount.
- All pickup orders are ready any day from 12pm-8pm.
- You do not have to wait for a confirmation. If you are concerned about the availability of a certain product or quantities, you are more than welcome to call the shop or email.
- If unable to select the pick up option at checkout, the shipping option should still allow you to proceed with a store pick up order. Worst case, pay for the shipping and that charge will be refunded when your order is picked up.
- If you are unable to select pick up, it's quite possible you are located in a state we cannot ship to.
- Please do not use Pickup discount codes on any delivery or shipping orders.
- If you send us an instagram message or email, please do not call or insta message us, it makes it harder to keep up with everyone.
