Refund policy

Corked or otherwise flawed bottles can happen. If you are purchasing natural wine without, which is the majority of what we sell then you must be ok with bottle or vintage variance as well as traditional imperfections. We can on occasion accept returns on a case by case basis after evaluating the wine. Please bring bottle back to the shop within 7 days of purchase.  If you do not live near by then please email: henry@henrysbk.com to see what can be done; however you must be able to return said bottles at your expense to the shop for evaluation.

Keep in mind, there is more bottle variation with with natural wine due to the lack of chemicals used to stabilize wines. Not every fruit tastes the same and we should have a similar tolerance for wine. We are happy to evaluate and at the very least provide additional understanding and can better advise on any future purchases.

We cannot accept returns on any custom orders, as we are buying on the behalf of the customer and would not have necessarily bought the wine without the customers intent to purchase.
