Description
100% Tintilla de Rota (20 year old vines on 2ha) from "Pago de Balbaina" and "Viña Calderín del Obispo" in Jerez. All albariza soils, grown organically, 100% whole cluster fermentations with foot stomping at first and only cap submersion. All native yeasts only. Once malolactic is complete, aging takes place in concrete deposits for 14 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with zero SO2. A juicy, lovable wine that still maintains a nice amount of minerality and handles a slight chill like a champ.
