Certified organic Pinot Noir from the Pisa range. 80% whole bunch. 13 days on skins, finished ferment in tank before racked to neutral oak. Light-bodied, fruit-forward, crunchy. A fun expression of Central Otago Pinot. Feel free to serve chilled. Unfined and unfiltered, minimal added sulphites.
