Tintilla de Rota
A super rare RED wine aged under flor from a single vineyard in the famous (cru if you will) "Pago de Balbaína" from Jerez. Vines are 20-years old and planted on albariza soils. Whole cluster skin maceration for about 2 weeks in fiberglass, then racked into amphoras for 12 months, 9 of which were "bajo velo" (under a layer of the same yeast that would normally make a dry sherry). Only 20 cases are produced. Get it while you can!
