Description
The Domaine Pecheur began producing wine in 1976 from a single hectare of vineyards. The vineyard work is conducted according to organic principles but the domaine is not certified organic. Neither pesticides nor herbicides are utilized. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously using native yeasts.
Their Vin Jaune is the Jurassien classic, with aged Savagnin that rests sous-voile for at least seven years.
