“Every year we harvest unripe black walnuts on the Summer Solstice to create our Nocino. We soak them in neutral spirits along with a selection of cultivated and wild mints and artemesias from the farm for 40 days. We then blend the spirits with well water and sweeten it with our maple and walnut syrups to create this classic liqueur. The name is a tribute to our Great Grandmother from Puglia.”
