Drop By Drop is a yummy white Roditis, which belongs to the series of affordable natural wines by Kontozisis Organic Vineyards named after folk phrases. A simple white vinification starts with a pre-fermentation cold extraction at 7-10℃, and follows with no press and wild fermentation, with only a few sulfites added at bottling. Clean citrusy, sharp, with roundness and fruit persistence.
