“This is our take on the traditional anise-flavored Levantine beverage. We start by distilling some of our grape marc, selecting the distillates we feel best lend themselves to Arak. This base spirit is then re-distilled with anise seeds and selected botanicals grown on the farm. It is aged in a combination terra cotta jars and glass demijohns for 6 months before bottling. Enjoy as an apertif or with meals.”
