A blend of American heirloom and bittersweet apples co-fermented with sweet and sour cherries across two harvest years. 80% Apples, 20% Cherries. Half fermented in oak, half in stainless. Bottle conditioned with fresh sweet cherry juice.
Wild fermented with native yeast, unfined and unfiltered. Best enjoyed at 45-55 degrees. 7.9% ABV.
