A true pétillant naturel from Seneca Lake, 70% of this 100% Chardonnay spends 10 days on skins, 30% was pressed directly, blended and bottled while still fermenting, capturing the magic and pressure in bottle. Extremely quaffable and an ideal apéro wine. Unfiltered and un-disgorged.
