Description
Origin: Syrah vines planted in the early 1960s on clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 450 meters in the southern Ardèche. Certified organic farming.
Vinification et élevage: Indigenous yeasts, 21 days of maceration in whole bunches, no punching down, no pumping over, no added sulphur, pressing with a vertical press, maturing on the lees in stainless steel tanks, 8 months maturing on the lees in stainless steel vats.
