A dry white blend of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortugo, Marsanne, Trebbiano, Santa Maria, and Sauvignon Blanc, half of which sees 6 days on the skins. 8 months on the lees adds texture, and this structured, aromatic white is medium-bodied.
