Description
A distillation of Gamay marc and chardonnay. After a double pass and a selection of the best, the best, the heart. Approximately 70% alcohol is obtained. In this alcohol, we have infused for 72 hours, organic lemon verbena. Then, during the best days, fruit day, flower day, the alcohol was adjusted to bring it down to 40% for the finished product.
