Description
Pinot Gris from Laurent Bannwarth. Maceration for 2-3 days, not enough to get neither the color or the typical orange-wine-flavor. But enough to extract a little but very distinct saltiness. The 4 years in barrique, without topping have left the wine oxidative. Take it away!
