Description
A bright and lifted maceration of Xarel•lo, Muscat de Frontignac, and Malvasia de Sitges from three distinct vineyards, young and old. The low-yield 90 year-old parcel provides depth; the 60 year-old vineyard adds structure; the 20 year-old vines provide energy and whimsy. Most of the grapes co-macerate on the skins for 14 days while 15% of the Xarel•lo is pressed directly.
