Description
Made from biodynamically farmed grapes from La Salada in Penedès, purchased, harvested, and vinified by Mathilde Bayle and Pablo Siranossian, the couple behind new Languedoc urban winery Uva. 50% Xarel•lo, 50% Macabeu. Fermented for one month on the skins then aged five months in fibreglass tank. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with zero added sulfites.
