Description
Émilien is based in Sermiers in the Montagne de Reims and looks after just over 2ha of vines spread over more than 15 plots across Sermiers and Chamery. His yields (even outside of Champagne) are incredibly low, as he applies an immense amount of biodiversity to his vineyards.
The Champagne Les Ruisseaux by Émilien Feneuil is a Blanc de Noirs, the result of the extraordinary work done in the vineyard and the careful selection of 100% Pinot Meunier from the same-name lieu-dit, located in the Premier Cru territory of Sermiers. Harvest 2019 and fermentation in wooden barrels with indigenous yeasts for this vibrant, pure and energetic Blanc de Meunier Champagne with minimal dosage.
