Description
Émilien is based in Sermiers in the Montagne de Reims and looks after just over 2ha of vines spread over more than 15 plots across Sermiers and Chamery. His yields (even outside of Champagne) are incredibly low, as he applies an immense amount of biodiversity to his vineyards.
This Coteaux Champenois by Émilien Feneuil is a still white wine resulting from the blending of Petit Meslier and Chardonnay from the lieux-dits Les Puits and Les Gillis. Harvest 2019 and vinification in Burgundy barrels with indigenous yeasts followed by another 30 months of aging before bottling.
