Fun facts: This wine is produced within the Chinon appellation but is intentionally declassified as VDF. Yes, Laurent makes a small amount of wine from the famous Picasses vineyard in Chinon. Undoubtedly his most serious wine, yet still very much in his style.
Winemaking: Destemmed, grapes are macerated for one month in fiberglass with regular pigeages. The wine is then aged for two years in fiberglass.
