Description
From a single plot called "La Madone" of 0.5ha of old vines (60-90 years) planted on steep slopes of pink granite soils, located at an altitude of 400m. The grapes are hand-harvested and grown without any treatments. As done with the Morgon, the whole clusters are put into vats for semi-carbonic vinification with indigenous yeasts. He is subsequently raised in a foudre.
